Acceleration Track

We have the pleasure to announce that the second edition of the Startup Challenge, Acceleration Track, 2015 edition, is now open. It is co-organized with the EMLYON Incubator and the Entrepreneurship Department of École Centrale de Lyon.

This challenge aims at supporting innovative projects, led by young entrepreneurs from École Centrale de Lyon and EMLYON Business School. The 2015 edition of the challenge targets two categories of projects:

– The “business modeling” category: it targets junior projects which can be of anta or post venture creation phase (with a maximum of 3 years of venture creation);
– The “early stage – go to market” category: it targets projects that are more developed, with a maximum of 5 years of venture creation.

Every team must meet the following prerequisite: the leader of the project must be a student or a graduate from École Centrale de Lyon, EMLYON Business School or the I.D.E.A. Program.

For each category, the best three projects will have the opportunity to present their ideas at the New York Forum of the American Foundation in the fall 2015. In the end, a prize of $15,000 (USD) will be awarded to the best project of the “business modeling” category. In addition, the six selected projects will be presented to potential business partners.

Applications must be sent before April 17, 2015 to Aurore Poirier at [email protected]
