In 2015, EMLYON Business School has joined the SCANCOR consortium, as an Associate member. The objective of this consortium is to “facilitate inquiry in organizational social science among a transnational network of scholars”.
SCANCOR stands for Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research.
Thanks to this consortium, professors and PhD students from École Centrale de Lyon and EMLYON Business School have the possibility to work on their research at Stanford University for a determined period of time. The selection of professors and students, as well as the period of time are established by Stanford University.
The Foundation is willing to support PhD students, who will be working on their research projects at Stanford University, in order to develop innovation and to strengthen links between the schools and universities in North America.
The first PhD student who will be benefiting from a grant from Allyage is Miss Rand Gerges Yammine who is working on “Open Alliances”. She will be spending 6 months at Stanford University, starting from September 2015.
